How can you make an order?

Setting up an account at is mandatory.

Orders at the shop can be done in the following ways: by adding products to your shopping cart and placing an order via the online form.

After inserting the products into the cart, please check that all the data is properly written, then you will be redirected to the internet bank page, where you have to make a fee.

Make a fee on using:

1. Credit card;

2. Payment card;

Receiving an order

You can receive the order directly at the delivery service or by courier.

Costs of delivery

If you want to know the cost of shipping to your country, click on «Contact» in the block menu, then on Shipping costs and calculate the cost of delivery to your country.

  • The costs depend on the quantity of ordered goods (total weight).
  • The customer pays the customs duties.
  • Data access is free and you receive it by e-mail.

Delivery time

The delivery time is in working days, without weekends and holidays, and it depends on postal services.

Delivery in Europe on normal days (not holidays) is about 4–14 days. Before holidays, it can be delayed for 2 weeks or more, depending on the size of your order.

Delivery in the USA is about 3–14 days (it depends on address of the receiver and the distance between the shop and the receiver).

Data access is available. is not responsible for delays in delivering services. is not responsible for delivery costs to countries that are not present in the calculation table. These costs are paid by the customer.


If you would like to return all the ordered products or just some of them, please contact us from the «Contact» menu block under the «Shop» block.

Purchased equipment can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. In case of refund the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please provide the following information:

  • Internet order number
  • Full address from which to pick up the products
  • Contact phone number.

The payment will be refunded to the card account that was made the fee.

How long does it take to get your money back?

The funds will be placed in your bank account after 3-5 days. What to do if you receive a defective product? If you have any problems with the new product or if you are concerned about its performance, contact customer service immediately to report a defect.You will receive an address where you will need to send your damaged device. Upon receipt of a faulty device, will contact you.
